Recently, I got introduced to dine-in at Yassin Kampung to try out their first-ever Mala Tze Char dishes; specially created by Founder and Head Chef, Mr Muhammad Yassin Ng. It turned out surprised me and I almost tear in the restaurant.
Yes, it is definitely numbing spicy! Be ready to feel an explosion in your mouth! Yassin Kampung creates MALA using a secret blend of premium ingredients such as Sichuan chillies, Sichuan peppercorns and aromatics for fragrant and seductive flavour.
Other than addictive mouth-numbing sensation, it is also attractive in term of its Sichuan cuisines colour. Yassin Kampung offers a wide selection of menu items from fresh seafood to tender meats.
