Bring Back the Dead Movie Review:
Refreshing the brand new year of 2015, MM2 and CloverFilms both Singapore production has kicked off the first horror film’s Bring Back the Dead (招魂) directed by Director’s Lee Thean-Jeen.
Bring Back the Dead movie was well-scripted with smooth story flow and in sync with the terror sound, it definitely going to scare you off the seat. The movie tells about a young child who died in a tragic road accident, thus as her mother was suffer from sorrow, she seek for help to bring back his child soul so that ‘he’ can be by her side at home. Unfortunately, the scenario gone worst due to mistaken of additional ‘soul’ being retrieves.
Bring Back the Dead movie will be officially releasing in Singapore cinema on 8th January 2015. I rate 3.5/5 stars. Recommended for a fright night! Do catch it!
Bring Back the Dead (招魂) Movie Synopsis:
When her seven-year-old son dies in a tragic road accident, a grieving mother, Jia En (Jesseca Liu), seeks the help of her former caregiver, Mdm Seetoh (Liu Ling Ling), to bring back his soul so he can be ‘by her side’ at home.
However, after several strange and deadly occurrences in the house, she begins to suspect that there is something amiss with the soul she has brought back. In discovering what has really happened, she unravels the horrific truth … a truth which may cost her her life and the lives of those around her.
