Rejoice fellow crab lovers, because the highly raved crabs buffet by ParkRoyal on Kitchener Road’s Spice Brasserie is back even bigger and tastier this time.
From now until 31 July, the Endless Crabs Party Buffet Dinner returns with eight new mouthwatering renditions such as the Rock Salt Baked Crab, and the Wok Fried Crab in Wu Jia Pi Wine – a family recipe passed down to Executive Chef Low Hoe Kiat. Local favorites like Salted-egg Crab, Black pepper Crab, and Chilli Crab, are of course, also here to stay, bringing you an impressive total of 12 tantalizing selections on the buffet line.
One of my personal favorites was the widely celebrated Slow-braised Pumpkin Crab in Claypot that is served with rich, creamy, and flavorful gravy. Another highlight is the Bee Hoon Crab which is also back by popular demand.
Adventurous diners with a fiery palate would also enjoy delights like the Stir Fried Crab with Jalapeno and Stir Fried Crab with Asian Spices, which had a unique blend of spices that I have not tasted anywhere else.
If you still have cravings after mountains of empty crab shells, perhaps the main star of the night would satisfy your needs. Each fortunate diner is entitled to one complimentary serving of the absolutely delicious Flame-grilled Mentaiko Lobster. My advice is to savor every bit of the crustacean slowly as I finished my serving in one go with a buffet mindset and regretted instantly.
The pricing of the crab party may be steep for some of us at $79++ per adult. However, the following credit card promotions will ensure value for money and happy stomachs.
