A casual weekend crossing the Singapore-Malaysia border, my friends and I arrived at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Johor Bahru for our feast at Makan Kitchen. We loved the restaurant comfortable ambience and were delighted by the welcoming from the friendly Hilton staffs.
Makan Kitchen is the signature restaurant of DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel that serves international buffet spread with local delights which includes Chinese, Malay and Indian section.
I enjoyed their sensational desserts especially the chocolate moist cake and durian cake that melts in my mouth and satisfies my craving instantly.
Get indulge with the authentic taste of Beijing’s LaMian and dumplings. Makan Kitchen is proud to present the Beijing’s Best Beef (and Chicken) LaMian (手工牛肉或鸡肉拉面) and handmade dumplings (手工水饺) by the Hilton Beijing’s Chef Chen, who has more than 15 years of noodle pulling experience.
The Chinese Kitchen @ Makan Kitchen restaurant also allows you to watch Hilton Beijing’s Chef Chen hand pulling the noodles, dropping them directly into boiling water and serving you on the spot.
The promotion for Makan Kitchen – Beijing’s Best LaMian & Dumplings is only available from 22 April 2017 to 14 May 2017, Tuesday to Sunday.
