MAY THE 4TH BE WITH YOU this week! Star Wars invades Singapore Gardens by the Bay, brings Star Wars Fans and visitors into a spectacular galaxy space held at the Supertree Grove and The Meadow from 4 to 6 May 2017. Visitors can now catch the Star Wars themed highlights activities at the festival and be ready to transport yourself into a galaxy far, far away.
1. Star Wars Vintage Toy Displays
STAR WARS fans of Singapore will unite at the festival to bring you themed activities, demonstrations and exclusive exhibits of their vintage toy collections and fan art.
2. Meet the CHEWBACCA AND KYLO REN
Chewbacca, one of the heroes of the Rebellion, and Kylo Ren, dark warrior from the First Order, will both be in town for the festival. You will not want to miss out on the chance to take a photo with these two characters that are making their first ever appearance in Southeast Asia.
3. STAR WARS AT-ST WALKER
Marvel at the iconic All-Terrain Scout Transport (AT-ST) – first introduced in Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back – standing guard at the Supertree Grove. A mainstay on-ground throughout the festival, this is your chance to get up close and personal with this towering replica.
4. STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS (Outdoor Movie Screening)
Catch the STAR WARS movie under the stars! Huddle with friends and family for an outdoor movie screening of Star Wars: The Force Awakens at The Meadow.
5. Live it up Garden Rhapsody – Star Wars Edition
Catch the Garden Rhapsody – Star Wars Edition featuring a dazzling music and light composition set against the epic STAR WARS soundtrack.
6. Witness the incredible SABERTREES
Star Wars Fans and visitors will have this golden opportunity to witness the incredible SABERTREES! When dusk falls, the Supertrees will transform to glow in resemblance of lightsabers, the weapon of choice of the Jedi and Sith warriors.
