MO BAR at Mandarin Oriental Singapore is having Father’s Day promotions this Sunday, 16 June 2019. Guests who order the Twilight by the Bay cocktail can choose from a complimentary Singdog or specially curated whiskey flight.
Twilight by the Bay is made with a home fermented mangosteen tepache infused with local spices and cinnamon rum.
Singdog comes in a set of two nonya sausages, putting a Singaporean spin on the classic bar snack with toppings of achar, sambal mayo, scallion and dry shrimp. Both Twilight by the Bay and Singdog are the perfect highlights menu of the day.
MO BAR also offers Michter’s Straight Rye Whiskey and Michter’s Small Batch Bourbon for dad who loves whiskeys.
