Experience a unique staycation with SG50 and Airbnb at Esplanade Theatres on the Bay during this coming Singapore golden jubilee weekend. Today, SG50 launched an online search for the country’s most passionate fan (SG50’s Biggest Fan) contest, rewarding one lucky winner and 3 loved ones with a memorable staycation at Esplanade Theatre Stage and four tickets to the National Day Parade.
The Esplanade Theatre stage will be transformed into a home stays styled theme “A Night through Time”, an elegance and simplicity home for guests to have a memory of 1960s Singapore. The transformation will be done by the expertise Airbnb in providing guests a unique stay experiences.
The winner and their loved ones will enjoy a programme that includes learning basic joget steps in traditional Peranakan costumes from the Main Wayang Company, and a behind-the-scenes tour of Esplanade. They will also enjoy culinary experience in the evening at Esplanade’s rooftop restaurant.
To qualify for a chance to win, contestants will need to submit a short video, up to 15 seconds, wishing Singapore a happy birthday. The most creative video contribution will be selected and the results will be announced on the SG50Facebook Page on 5 August 2015.
