I understood that maintaining a healthy diet and lifestyle is not enough; we will still have to monitor our hair fall regularly. Whether your scalp falls under normal, dry or oily condition (like me), it is recommended to have a regular hair-care check-up and scalp treatment. The ultimate goal is not only improving hair growth but also to help boost our immune system.
