What an impressive combination!! Lots of great ingredients was used for this burger. The wagyu cheek patty was huge, meaty and soft. Everything combined well just that the foie gras butter was a little overwhelmed. Not all people can accept the strong foie gras butter taste!

At first, i was doubting the taste of this pasta. As i was wonder, will it taste weird when squid ink combined with Alba Truffle sauce? But after i have tried it out, i have fall in love with this pasta. The both strong flavors sauce was combined perfectly well. I can taste the squid ink and truffle aroma at the same time.
Butter Milk Brioche, Free Range Chicken Patty, Peanut Butter, Sunny Side Up Egg With Dukkah Spice, Guacamole, Melted Cheddar, Smoked Jalapeno and Scallion Pasto, Tomato, Butter Head Letture, Arugula Salad and Balsamic Dressing.
The Butter milk brioche make the burger even tastier. An surprising ingredient was used in this burger. The surprise ingredient, Peanut butter. It goes perfectly well to the burger and it was the key ingredient for this delicious burger. You can tell how much effort that the chef have invested in.
Fettuccine Pasta, Poached Organic Egg, Mentaiko Cream, Red Prawn, Ikura, Parmigiano Shaved. Japanese-Italian Fusion Pasta. The key ingredient for this dish was Mentaiko Cream, if the Mentaiko cream fail to bring out the soul of this dish, it mean this pasta is not worthy anymore. Sadly to say that, this pasta is not worthy as the mentaiko cream was slightly lacking of the flavor. Overall, this dish was on the bland side.
