From 21 June to 28 July 2024, Pan Pacific Singapore’s award-winning Cantonese restaurant Hai Tien Lo presents ‘A Taste of Cantonese Nostalgia’ menu with seven brand new culinary delights.

Born and raised in Hong Kong with over 30 years of culinary experience in several prestigious and award-winning Chinese restaurants, Hai Tien Lo’s Executive Chef Ricky Leung has masterfully curated a menu that blends timeless Cantonese cuisine with exquisite flavours from home. Each nostalgic dish is intricately prepared and plated, ensuring an authentic and unforgettable dining experience.

A Taste of Cantonese Nostalgia

Indulge in delectable dishes such as the extravagant Traditional Braised Eight Treasure Duck (古法紅炆海味八寶鴨), the Nostalgic Stewed Tianjin Cabbage, Fish Tofu, Dried Scallops, Dried Shrimps, and Mushroom (怀旧家乡炖津菜), and signature Deep-fried Crispy Chicken with Prawn Paste (江南百花雞).
