Spice Brasserie at PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road launches ranges of delectable lobsters and crabs fiesta prepared by Executive Chef Low Hoe Kiat in this mid-quarter season from 4 July to 3 September 2016.
For diners, other than having the all-time favourite Slow-braised Pumpkin Crab in Claypot and Singapore well-known Chilli and Black Pepper Crabs, Chef Low has also created more than 7 flavourful lobster dishes for this scrumptious buffet line-up.
Well, you may start off the buffet course with exotic Truffle Lobster with Marinated Jellyfish Salad appetiser. Combining the sweetness of the lobster meat and the strong Truffle flavour, patrons would be convinced that this pairing is match-made in heaven.
Flame-grilled lobster Mentaiko is definitely the MUST-EAT dish in Spice Brasserie restaurant. The delicious freshly grilled lobster meat was topped with cheese and covered with Mentaiko sauce, this dish brings out a rich yet smoky flavour that patrons could not get enough of.
