To celebrate this year Singapore 49th National Day, Crowne Plaza Changi Airport had launch a promotions menu whereby starting from today till 17 August 2014, you may enjoy an extraordinary fabulous local delight dinner with friends and family at Azur Restaurant.
The national day dish includes; Boston Lobster Laksa with Angel Hair Italian Noodles, King Crab Hokkien Noodles in Clay Pot and Satay Marinated Australian Rib Eye. Each of those dishes were well-prepared to match the Singaporean taste bud, specially it has quality ingredient and served in large sharing portion.
For Laksa lover, you may want to try out the Boston Lobster Laksa with Angel Hair Italian Noodles, which was my favourite too. The soup of the Laksa taste savory and complimentary with the mouthwatering Boston Lobster, the whole bowl of Laksa just tastes perfect.
King Crab Hokkien Noodles in Clay Pot is my second favourite dish of the night. Yup I must agree that it taste like a plate of Hokkien Mee but somehow with the compliment of sweet King Crab meat, it enhance the pleasant aroma of the noodles and definitely indulge your taste bud.
Taking inspiration from a dish that has a widespread popularity, Azur Restaurant kitchen marinates the Australian Rib Eye with Satay spices and grill it to perfection. The Rib Eye is served alongside a medley of root vegetables and specially concocted peanut gravy to give a flavourful punch with every bite.
