Celebrate Singapore National Day with the flavours of Singapore dinner buffet at The Line at Shangri-La Hotel from 18 July to 14 August 2016, prepared by Chef’s Vincent Wong to enhance the highlight of Singapore-themed buffet dinner and revel in old-world charm as The Line transforms into a traditional food street from 1960s.
Savour signature highlights such as Singapore Laksa; Oyster Omelette; Otak-otak; Satay and Nasi Lemak, and creatively-reinterpreted delights including Chicken Rice Maki Roll; Chilli Crab Brioche and Chendol Bubbles, complemented by a wide range of international favourites.
Celebrate the kampong spirit: bond over childhood games and enjoy specially-imported tropical fruits such as durian, longan and rose apple at our al fresco pop-up fruit stall.
