Couple of weeks back, together with a group of blogger friends partying at the Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel, we were greeted by a range of scrumptious magical Christmas taste delights at Marriott Café with a glorious treat for various palates, platters of mouthwatering roast carving, western and Asian hot selections as well as the divine desserts stations.
The highlight of the signature Christmas dishes at Marriott Café includes:
- Roast Turkey with Chestnut Stuffing, Honey Baked Ham, Prune & Pancetta Stuffed Roasted Pork Saddle, Roast Beef Prime Rib
- Seared Sirloin with Perigord Sauce, Braised Beef Cheeks
- Braised Pork Belly with Blood Sausages & Glazed Apple
- Lobster Benedict, Whole Baked Salmon

Hence, my favourite dish was the traditional roast Golden Turkey with Chestnut sage stuffing and Braised Pork Belly with Blood Sausages & Glazed Apple. The meat was tender crispy and it blend well with the sauces too. I am sure that dining at Marriott Café will give you an amazing Christmas atmosphere in this December.
