Hard Rock Café Seafood Char Kway Teow, have you guys heard before? I was surprise when the word “Char Kway Teow” came into my mind, because all along I thought Hard Rock Café is serving food more on western side but now it has combine with our local favourable dishes such as Char Kway Teow, Satay Sweet and Sour Fish/Pork, Nasi Goreng in their main course menu.
This was my first time having Seafood Char Kway Teow from Hard Rock Café – Stir fried flat noodles tossed with bean sprouts, fish cake, Chinese sausage, egg, prawn, squid and a sweet and spicy soy sauce. The taste bud of the Seafood Char Kway Teow was there and I believe that either Singaporean or Foreigner will like it.
