JUMBO Group of Restaurants present the new Teochew dining concept – Zui Yu Xuan Teochew Cuisine (醉宇轩经典潮) located at Far East Square Precinct. The restaurant welcomes all diners with their traditional Chinese entranceway adorned with intricate wood carvings and a sweeping tiled roof. Beyond it is a historic courtyard that was once part of the Chui Eng Free School founded in 1854.
Zui Yu Xuan Teochew Cuisine has a classically elegant dining interior showcasing the authentic Teochew look and feel. What’s more? There are 6 private rooms on the second floor and 4 of which can be combined into a business meeting room. The private rooms can seat 6 to 25 guests and are fully equipped with KTV suite facilities.
The restaurant offers a wide variety of Teochew cuisines with freshest quality ingredients. Some of their signature dishes such as; Deep Fried Liver Roll and Wok Fried ‘Kway Teow’ with Diced Kai Lan and Preserved Radish, to Teochew Oyster Omelette ‘Gooey Style’ and Teochew ‘Puning’ Fermented Bean Chicken.
