Indulge with the taste of Korean spices! Origin from Busan, Korea – Yoogane, the famous Korean Dak Galbi (Chicken Galbi) is now opened in the west of Singapore nestled at Westgate Mall, Jurong East. Complementary with Korean style of dining experience, the specialty of Yoogane is that it blended sauces, seasoning ingredients, rice and marinated meat to give you an authentic sensation.
I pretty love their Chicken Galbi set menu! However, this was my first time trying out their signature seafood Dak Galbi with traditional Korean soju. This set of fresh ingredient comes with marinated tender chicken meat, baby octopus, squids, prawns and a variety of seafood. A mixture together with the Korean fried rice, it brings out the flavour of traditional Yoogane delights.
Yoogane restaurant is a good place for dinner gathering with friends, it gives you a flexible timing for cooking and consuming the food is ordered. This means you may re-order any dishes on the menu and re-cook again. There is a total of two Yoogane Restaurant outlets available in Singapore.
