In this interesting coupling, Caffé B’s Pan-seared Tuna is coated with pistachios, bread crumbs and aromatic Italian spices – married together with red and yellow capsicum coulis for a harmonious blend of textures and flavours.
For the peak of your enjoyment, get passionate and intense with the Wagyu Beef Striploin, quickly seared and served alongside butternut squash gratin, wild mushroom fricassee, green pea purée and Mirin-infused veal jus.
