Next month, Toby’s Estate Singapore Flagship will reopen its doors, revealing a sleek new design and introducing an exciting addition to its beloved Flavour Savour series – Pandan Waffle!
The anticipation surrounding the reopening of this Robertson Quay mainstay, cherished by locals and visitors alike over the past fifteen years, is palpable within Toby’s Estate’s devoted community. The renowned Australian coffee roaster is delighted to showcase its comprehensive warehouse makeover, exuding a sophisticated yet inviting ambiance that caters to the modern consumer.
Boasting seating for 55 indoors and 32 outdoor riverside spots, the revitalized flagship promises an enriched customer experience in a welcoming environment. Guests are warmly invited to delight in premium coffees and iconic Aussie café fare.
Conceptualised by talented Australian designers Atelier and Alpha, they sought to transform the existing café into a contemporary and coffee focussed venue that showcases the extent of what Toby’s Estate does. Aged brass finishes, such as a large feature wall and expansive brew bar bench tops, contrast against the warmth of timber in a refined match up, all the while sitting within its industrial setting of high warehouse ceilings, polished concrete floors and heritage clay brick walls. As with all Toby’s Estate venue fit-outs, it bridges the tension between slick, refined materials, and the bones of its industrial setting.
Customers can look forward to the all-new interactive Filter and Espresso bars, designed specifically to allow the guest to get up close to the coffee making process and to chat with baristas. Here, Toby’s shares one of the most extensive coffee programs, sharing coffees from South America, Africa and Asia. With seven unique coffee’s every month, Toby’s showcases beans not only from various countries and regions, but also different varieties and experimental processing methods.
A key highlight of the coffee offering is the Freezus menu, featuring high-end coffee frozen at its peak, consisting of standout coffees the Toby’s team have roasted and won awards for over the years.
Singaporeans will adore Toby’s new canned Not Hot Coffee range (SG$5.30), featuring refreshing, ready-to-drink cold coffees in three flavors. Customers can enjoy the smooth and delicious Oat Milk Latte (SG$5.30), the well-balanced Cold Brew Black (SG$5.30), and the innovative ‘Spro Tonic (SG$5.30), a sparkling coffee with natural orange sweetness that is the ideal antidote to equatorial climes.
Limited Edition Pandan Waffle

With initial tasting notes of pine lime ice-cream, coconut cream and melons with a lasting pandan aroma developing with each sip, this special blend is sure to capture the hearts of the Singapore community. Toby’s Head Roaster, Danny Cao, who recently secured second place in the 2024 Australian Specialty Coffee Association (ASCA) National Coffee Roasting Championships, collaborated closely with Toby’s coffee farmer, Rodrigo Sánchez Valencia, from his family farm in Monteblanco, Colombia, to achieve this authentic and captivating flavor.
Best served with milk and available for retail in 200g (SG$24) and 1kg bags (SG$68.50), the Pandan Waffle Flavour Savour is set to delight coffee enthusiasts with its captivating blend of flavors. This limited edition flavor will be available to purchase in store and online while stocks last.
