Furthermore, Qoo10 customers can also experience the first-ever virtual supermarket at the Qoo10 Super Sale 2018. From smart gadgets to household essentials, shoppers can purchase or find out more about their product on Qoo10’s app or website on their smartphones.
This new initiative aims to create a new retail shopping experience for customers at offline events and at the same time minimise operational costs for merchants.
Havaianas is one of Qoo10’s merchants that adopt the O2O concept at Qoo10 Super Sale this year. The Havaianas virtual booth will allow shoppers to browse through their popular styles of Havaianas footwear in a vending machine-like setup.
