Smoked Salmon on Almond Biscuit
Sliced of marinated smoked salmon with garlic, Italian parsley, extra virgin olive oil on thick chunks of buttery almond biscuit, and guacamole. Salmon lover might like it, smoked salmon paired with almond biscuit actually work well.
Crispy Maguro Taco
Freshly diced tuna marinated in yellow miso paired with crispy taco shells made from scratch and baked to prefect crunchiness, it definitely will make you want more of it. It also topped with sliced avocado and shredded vegetables tossed in rice vinegar.
Chicken and Japanese Leek Skewer
Some interesting combination in this dish. Grilled chicken skewers marinated with yogurt, paprika, lemon juice, and cajun, served on mesclun with soya vinaigrette. It’s not just sound interesting and it also taste good.
Deep Fried Potato Skin
Savour in baked potato shells, stuffed with a bountiful blend of chili con carne atop melted cheese and topped with coriander. Served with sour cream on the side. Potato lover definitely love it because I love it too. I can simply order 3 or 4 plates and have it by myself.
Beef Cheek Burger
Slow Cooked tenderised beef cheek in red wine, served with bacon and melted red cheddar cheese. Topped with a generous serving of rocket salad, roma tomato, glazed beet root, sliced red onion, and Japanese roasted sesame sauce. By seeing the ingredients in it, I already can’t wait to try it. The beef cheek was extreme tender and flavorful. I almost at all the burger in the plate by myself.
Wagyu Rump Beef Burger
Sink into a grilled wagyu rump steak, sandwiched between sesame buns slathered with peanuts butter, topped with sliced tomatoes, caramelised onion, with red cheddar cheese. As everyone know, wagyu beef is the top quality beef, so it hardly will went wrong with it. This wagyu rump beef burger was surely worth the try.
Miso Chilean White Cod Burger
Marinated cubes of chunky white cod coated with miso, egg, mirin, and bread crumbs, tucked in a layer of caramelised onion, tomato, ricotta cheese, and gherkin. The taste was slightly blend for my liking.
I like the new bar bites menu at the Caffe B Bar whereby most of the dishes are well-prepared and taste delicious. Some of the recommended dishes to try are beef cheek burger and deep fried potato skin. These two dishes pair well with red and white wine and it will definitely make you come back for more.
