Woohoo! Now I understand why people are willing to queue for this Soya Beancurd! Finally I have tried the recent trendy Tau Huay in the market – “老伴豆花”. Recently I have been hearing friends saying about the 老伴豆花 and I am glad that I had a chance to try it today at Old Airport Road Hawker Centre.
I would say that the specialty of Lao Ban Soya Beancurd (老伴豆花) has its smooth and soft texture skin on the top layer of Soya Beancurd and it also contain a unique taste from traditional Tau Huay. Well, people it’s time to have a taste of bud too! 😉
