Meat and Livestock Australia (MLA) have partnered up with Chef Eddie Goh and Chef Edwin Tan from Meatsmith Telok Ayer and Little India respectively, Chef Paul Hallet from SKAI and Chef Felix Chong from Monti for the remaining Four Hands dinner sessions on Wednesday, 18 May and Thursdays, 19 and 26 May from 6 PM onwards.
The remaining Four Hands sessions are happening over three evenings, up first we have Chef Eddie Goh and Chef Paul Hallet who will team up to fuse French-Japanese and American barbeque techniques with a 5-Course menu in familiar formats such as tacos and lamb chops. Following that we have Chef Edwin Tan and Chef Felix Chong with their Italian and Indian flavor crossover the two chefs will showcase a variety of ways to cook lamb and exposing guests to cuts of the lamb that they may have never experienced before, the first session of this crossover will take place at Monti and the final session of the Four Hands series will conclude at Meatsmith Little India.
