We explored along the way of 11 Hamilton road and we found a hidden gem café named – 11 Hamilton. Nestled in a minimal ambiance, the cafe offers diners a delectable spread of Australian inspired dishes with a fusion twist. Likewise, diners are also allowed to choose vegetarian or vegan as part of the dining option.
Taste at 11 Hamilton café actually inspired from around the world. One such example is the Shakshuka, where eggs are baked in a tomato bell stew with baked beans, feta cheese, dukkah, and served with sourdough bread.
Next, vegemite toast is part of the option available for the Soldiers with Egg Dip. Breakfast for Champs is a hearty signature dish that consists of huevos estrellados made with potato cubes, jamon slices, scrambled eggs and runny yolk sauce. For the adventurous, the Chicken Liver Pate is one which appeals to the curious palate. It comes with gherkins and raisin bread, it is unlike the usual foie gras and is crafted as an outstanding appetizer for diners.
Although I am not a fan of octopus, but this is my first time finish up their signature grilled Octopus dish – comes with smooth creamy potato puree.
Diners can choose to take a front seat at the bar area and watch the chefs prepare their customised dishes. A minimum of 2 persons if required for this session which is priced at $48 or $68 each.
Feel clean and green at 11 Hamilton Cafe! They aim to be environmental-friendly by using sustainable items from the kitchen to dining area; inclusive of utilising reusable metal straws and biodegradable takeaway packaging.
